Refund, cancellation & deposit policy
We want you to LOVE your services, your stylist & your hair a go-go experience. We'll give you a confirmation two days before your appointment as a reminder. If you need to change your scheduled appointment, we ask you give us the courtesy of 24 hours' notice. If you fail to give 24 hours' notice for any two scheduled appointments within 6 months, you will be required to secure future appointments with a 50% deposit, which will be discounted from your total at checkout. This deposit is non-refundable in the event you do not attend your scheduled appointment. Please note that specific services will always require a 50% deposit due to the length of service booking.
If you have an questions, concerns or are in any way unhappy with the service you received within two weeks of your service, please give us a chance to assist you. (One week for Indie Glaze & New Wave services.) Likewise, our team is here for you. If you have any questions or need help with your product purchases, tools or styling.
