Here at hair a go-go, we are dedicated to maintaining high service and retail standards in addition to a clean, cozy and welcoming environment (this goes for both the salon floor and behind the scenes). We operate in a team-driven culture, helping each other without asking, mentoring and lending a hand when someone or something is in need. Every staff member has annual technical and performance evaluations during which their personal education plans and salon goals are monitored and reviewed.
