We want you to love your services, your beauty professional and your hair a go-go experience. We'll give you a confirmation call, text or email two days before your appointment as a reminder. If you need to change your scheduled appointment, we ask that you give us the courtesy of 24 hours notice. If you fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation for any two scheduled appointments, you will be required to secure future appointments with a 50% deposit, which will be discounted from your total at checkout. This deposit is non-refundable in the event that you do not attend your scheduled appointment. Please note that specific services will always require a 50% deposit due to length of service booking time.
If you have any questions, concerns, or are in any way unhappy with the services or products you received within two weeks of your service, please give us a chance to assist you. (One week for new wave & indie glaze.)
